Price details
Our offer is aimed at business customers as well as private individuals. Consequently, all prices quoted in the online shop are net prices, i.e. excluding the legal value-added tax of currently 19%. The prices at the time of the order apply. You will always receive an invoice with VAT shown. The VAT incurred is shown separately during the ordering process and is included in the total amount shown. Companies and tradesmen from the EU who are entitled to deduct VAT should contact us before placing an order or select the payment method "Order by invoice" in the shop.

Please understand that if you pay in advance, your order will not be processed until payment has been received. If you have a Wise account, select the Wise Transfer payment option for real-time transfers in all currencies.
Shipping costs
Some products can be delivered domestically (Germany) without shipping costs. To do this, select the cheapest option shown under delivery method. If you select a delivery method that nevertheless incurs shipping costs, the costs are calculated according to weight and are shown excluding the current 19% legal value-added tax. Any VAT incurred will also be shown separately in the order process.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 2 - 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). For shipments within the European Union (EU), please allow 4 - 8 working days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For delivery types for which a dispatch status is available, notification is sent after order processing by transmitting the consignment number to the e-mail address you have stored in your DOCPA online account. We pass on your e-mail address to the parcel service operator as part of the contract processing. This forwarding serves the sole purpose of informing you by E-mail about the shipment status.
